Shipping /Refunds/Exchanges




Please allow 5-7 days for processing and shipping(not including weekends or holidays). If you need your order sooner, please call 414.207.4380 or email: before placing an order to see if we are able to meet your expected date of delivery. We will not be held responsible if you did not reach out to us to confirm if we are able to meet your expected date of delivery outside of the normal 5-7 day processing and shipping rules. Any orders placed after 5:00pm M-F, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number via the email address used on your billing profile. 


Refunds or Exchanges-NO EXCEPTIONS

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns, nor do we give refunds. Please make sure that you read the details of this product in its entirety before placing an order, due to the no exchange or refund policy.

We encourage you to fully examine the hair without opening the seal of the bundles to make sure you are fully satisfied with the product. You may also show it to your hair stylist in case you are unsure.
